Yes. All deposit and withdrawal transactions made through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or any other payment rail listed in your account wallet are governed by these Terms. Payment-provider terms also apply separately and are outside our control.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sunlott.co is incorporated. Where permitted, we encourage resolution through our internal dispute process first, as it is faster than formal legal proceedings and is available in English for Indian account holders.

We acknowledge all formally raised disputes within 48 hours of receipt. Resolution typically takes up to 10 business days for straightforward cases. Complex cases involving transaction records or third-party verification may take longer; we will keep you updated throughout.
